[reading the journal, keeping up with the post-mirror versions of his brother and his daughter has been interesting at the very least. Claire is responsible and apologetic, Peter is secretive and getting himself into more trouble than it's worth it seems.]

[He's relieved in an odd way to have not died in a tidal wave, though the relief is short lived when he realizes that he's back in the castle. It's soon replaced with an odd sense of comfort because at least this is familiar. What? The New York trip might've made him appreciate the castle?? *gasp* Say it isn't so!]
